I will tell you one glaring discrepancy: Bald man, who has been locked up inside for weeks, is nicely bronzed and evenly-toned.

That is either a ton of makeup and/or a tanning scenario at work. Any true psych-ward patient, caught in a spontaneous moment, would be pasty white with a shiny head.
