He explains it in context with Q post# 142, and mentions other evidence such as Trump renovating the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York. In my research, I have not found that this was Trump's first project as Reid states, but it's possible to have been an early one in his construction ventures.
A note about other family members: There are slight resemblances in Trump's other children, but none that stand out like Barron's traits. Analyzing the women in the Trump family proved difficult and inconclusive due to the use of makeup.
EDIT: Forgot to mention: The Astor family has long been considered Illuminati and have bloodlines going back to Germany. If the Astor family has noble bloodlines, it opens many discussions about the implications of Trump being nobility. This includes reasons why there have not been more assassination attempts, and why the cabal is so frantic to prevent him from progressing his agenda.
The current standoff against the cabal seems to come with rules. Violation of the rules come with a heavy penalty. Q alluded to this when he mentioned there were something like 19 people who were off limits.
This began with a theory Josh Reid presented in a Badlands podcast, Earth Chronicles. He begins explaining it at the 1:08:30 mark: https://rumble.com/v2bc3ys-the-earth-chronicles-ep-13-wed-300-pm-et-.html

Except they did try to assassinate him a few times but he was protected by military. So what are these "rules" among nobility you claim?
Reading is fundamental.
