Error 500 Multiple sites and vpn won't load today

VPN software can't connect, private server in Netherlands won't load in browser, now steam cart won't load all giving error 500. Anyone else getting 500's anywhere?

Almost sounds like a local ISP problem. I'm no IT genius, but sounds like their DNS settings are messed up or something.
