I think the Bidenistas want that, they want the Teletubbies to sell this to US middlemen for Ukraine and other wars, they have just blocked the Afghans from getting more money.
That was my first thought when they left everything behind. They almost certainly had a plan to appropriate the weapons from Afghanistan after the US left.
