Someone might at some point buy that debt and come after you at some point. (That is if the financial system still exists) I remember during the the last crash someone who owed millions called up because he wanted to know what to do with his payments & all. When he got through they told him they hadn't gotten to debts that SMALL yet, lol IDK more but I'm sure they eventually got to him & he had to make payments but this time around all bets are off

I'd buy at least a little silver on credit now while you can ;)
