Something odd occurred in my area today. Clear weather. A brief sound maybe high frequency, rapidly followed by a very loud explosion. Power failed, Dense fog set in within seconds, then a blizzard a few seconds later. Perhaps someone using an ionospheric heater or the like.

I could see the difference in temperature, but I couldn't see what it was doing to the clouds. Could you tell me what you saw?
