This is the 2nd Emergency Alert System Test (EAS) that they have broadcast ed through Direct TV today. CA.

Got one in GA today on direct tv, said California on the bottom of screen..

**ALSO on Frontier Cable TV....and it kept saying "THIS IS ONLY A ROUTINE NOTICE"....and it knocks you off your program....
