Does anyone remember prior to Joe Biden becoming president when he whispered into a little girl's ear to ask his daughter about the video?

Sadly, Knewu2 is correct. There are MANY videos of Creepy Joe. If you could give more specifics, it may be of some help. The approx. age of the girl, what she looked like, where they were, etc. I would also suggest searching montages of his habit to find it. Good luck!
