Will there be a mugshot? He’s not going to jail? I’m unaware how an indictment actually works. I figure he still has to go before a court and be found guilty before we get a mugshot. Please inform me!

Yes. When one is indicted, you get "booked" this process includes having your picture and fingerprints recorded.
