I think Trump's remarks will be..

I have been wrongly indicted. The prosecutor has not shown sufficient evidence of any crimes I have committed..they only make false claims. I will not comply with their fraudulent demands to appear in front of a corrupt witch-hunt of a court until they can show at least a reasonable amount of credible, provable accusations.

We'll see what happens. Grabs popcorn.
