Ironically and obviously, wearing a mask causes a person to have reduced oxygen levels and increased Co2. Feelings of physical illness is a side effect of high co2, paranoia is another. The number one most frightening thing a human can experience is suffocation. So the mask perpetuates a general feeling of fear. The mask is a vital part of the brainwashing and control process.
Don’t wear a mask unless it is practical for your work (like in construction etc)
