The question isn't whether they can implement something here. The question now comes to. Can they keep it in place long-term?

I think that's why Trump is not getting in their way. He knows that they can implement it.

But since so many people are aware of the big plan. How can they keep it going long-term?

Typically they put these things in place that will allow the people to never question it.
