I don't believe he is currently President. If he were and let the puppet in the WH do all this shit, he would be blamed for not stopping it. Also, he would not be able to run in 2024. That would be very bad. We need him back to fix this mess.

My theory is that president and CiC are separate offices. One is civilian, the other military. I believe we're under Continuity of Government and the military allowed a foreign agent to be installed as president but that his powers have been severely limited and the office of Commander in Chief is currently vacant.
