I don't believe he is currently President. If he were and let the puppet in the WH do all this shit, he would be blamed for not stopping it. Also, he would not be able to run in 2024. That would be very bad. We need him back to fix this mess.

It is not that at all. The Mayans had several different clocks, one of which was a long clock that ran for about 4000 years. It is the same as a 24-hour clock that starts over after 24 hours. This long clock resets to one after about 4000 years. It is not a prediction of the end of the world.

Here's what is known. By Constitution, a President's term ends at noon on Jan. 20. Biden need only recite the oath to take the power of the office. If he doesn't or can't, then Harris can.
