It sounds totally insane to keep trying to claim that Trump is currently the president, and it makes zero sense because then all of this shit that's happening would be his fault.
This was clearly just a peculiar turn of phrase, and past presidents are routinely referred to as president even after they're out of office.
That's hypothetical at best, since nobody is able to prove in a court that he was elected illegally. You might know it and I might know it, but he's still the president because no court agrees with us.
And even if you wanted to go that route, Trump still couldn't be president because he was never sworn in, even if he was the legally elected winner. So there's no combination of facts that support Trump being the current president in any form.
