I did notice that the fringe wasn't showing. I don't know if it was there and just turned under or if the flags didn't have it at all.

Just saw the bottom edge of one of the flags as Trump was walking off stage. No gold fringe.

Edit: sorry one of the white stripes made it look like the edge. Im not sure.
