I like him at times, and I can’t stand him at times. 20 years ago he was the ultimate last voice on anything Constitutional wise. But it seems in recent years, he speaks a lot and that’s about it. He has an opinion about everything, which everyone is allowed to have, but he never seems to move on anything. But then again, he has been a lawyer for what 50-55 years. Maybe he’d rather just sit on the sidelines and speculate and voice his opinions, rather than to get down in the fight!
