There is already a ton of evidence, starting back when Barack Obama was in the White House, about how Democrats have "weaponized" the Department of Justice and the FBI.

MAKE the licenses etched material and they never expire until one can't drive or is dead...save a WHOLE lotta money for the citizens EXCEPT the state(s) need debt slaves to keep paying into a failing system....
