I have neurological issues,,, I live in an open carry state… I need someone to tell me I am not giving in to my disability by open carry,, I went through concealed carry training, but did not finish the finals… I feel like I am giving in to my disabilities,,, but the logical brain knows I can get myself into a pickle…

If you have misgivings about any project, don't do it. You aren't clear to me about your "neurological" issues. Are they the kind that makes you anxious--impair your perception or reflexes--make you hear voices--fall down in seizures--what? Do they get in the way of being safe and responsible? What kind of feedback did your trainer give you?
I have MS, I can’t run or I will I fall on my ass.. I walk like Frankenstein… it’s my legs that are screwed…
Aha. Did you know, ivermectin has some promise for MS? You might try it. As to carrying a gun, you have to be able to move your head so you can aim. So, are you saying you want to open carry as an intimidation measure? If you have obvious difficulty moving I'd say you would only be making yourself a target for someone who says to himself I can snatch his gun, he's not able to wrestle over it.
My MS friend open carries with his two canes in hand. Can you point and shoot and do you feel safer carrying? Then "carry" on.
One of my issues , it is hard to keep your head on a swivel when you have to look at the ground…
I had the same questions also. Do you trust yourself Yinz?
