It is a better source than msm for picking up tidbits of truth and as a researcher and analytical type I have found many truths there that are great fodder for further research.

I heartily disagree. There is almost no truth on that site and certainly not reliable. Ben Fulford is on the same level, it's just conspiracy trash fiction. Sorry, but others need to know.
