I haven't done much research on this but I'll offer some thoughts and speculation since you seem unconvinced. as always, if interested you should do your own research.

my kids haven't had any ear infections, or at least any that indicated to me or my wife that ​they did, and they are 2, 6 and 7 years old and unvaxxed. my friends with their vaxxed kids seem to always have sickness and ear infection issues.

i do believe ear infections can happen in unvaxxed but think frequency is drastically less if at all. any infrequent instances are likely the result of a very weakened immune system and/or contact in the ear with a foreign instigator such as pond water with undesirable bacteria and/or parasites.

I also conclude that prior to current day drinking water treatment that all sorts of diseases were present as a result of microbes and such in the water. pharmas started spitting out vaxxes right around the same time and managed to take credit for the significant reduction in illnesses that virtually disappeared.

Pseudomonas, staph, fungi are the main causes. It’s kids developing their immune system.
