Digital Currency can be a broad term. Cryptos for instance are Digital Currency. The amount in your Bank account could be considered a Digital Currency because you don’t physically posses it. It’s just a number on a screen or paper in some cases. And you can transact with that amount and make purchases without any physical currency going through your hands.
Though to my knowledge. He in the past was not opposed to Digital Currency’s. He was opposed to unregulated Digital Currency’s.
I’m not sure if the sentiment has changed in the intervening years though. Last I was aware he was asked about was the first presidential campaign.
We all know the dangers of endless fiat currency, I'm really hoping he ramps up some sound monetary policy talking points for this 2024 campaign. I want to hear his ideas for how we weather the coming financial storm.
