So according to the BBC, this is a normal cultural greeting in Tibet. I'm not inclined to trust an MSM source on the issue. Does anyone have any trustworthy info on something like this.

Personally, it looks creepy as hell to me! And the boy doesn't look all that willing/comfortable.
