Its my understanding from a Texas based forum Im a part of is it was a tractor fire.

When the tractor operator ran to get help or means of extinguishing the fire it quickly spread to the spray foam insulation of the building. Thats how the fire became so big and producing so much black smoke.

Just throwing it out there, but seems like a good possibility.
