It makes sense that the last 2.5 years the process has been changed, slapdash ordered allowing this reserve base colllate. The age of this kid is not the issue, if he were on an A Det, he may have helped collect the data. Then it is turned over to the DIA. Dis transports, collects, and Encrypts All Defense collected intel. Where is the DIA in this episode? Missing, violating all protocol practices common...
