Just watched Fox clip. The new Fetterman did not have the big neck hump. Wearing a normal suit and shirt. He could have had it removed while at Walter Reed, but I think that would have been a news story.

They were talking about him coming back to work in a sweatshirt and shorts so which was it? I've never seen that guy in a suit
Not sure if it was Waters or Tucker, but it does mention that he came in with the sweatshirt and shorts, then later was seen in the suit. Which they showed.

Men have to be in a suit and tie on the senate floor. They probably pulled together an acceptable outfit to save his ass.
