Absolutely you are correct...you can't get any purer sacrifice than abortion...the OT warns the Israelites not to drink or eat any blood...

I had Polish friends that made duck blood soup...czarernina...and I always thought about this verse...or even a really rare steak...

Thinking about the children makes me very sad also...this is a total affront to the Lord...but that is what satan does best...try to destroy or invert any thing that the Lord has made...

You're safe with a rare steak lol. It's not blood but rather heme iron that leaves the red juice and color which cook out. At least this is my understanding
