She should get out of the city. It will only get worse from here and if she truely wants to protect her children she will realize that when the food stops being delivered there will only be a certain number of days for her to survive. Leave now or become dependent upon the thugs who stole that entire store. It will not be pretty.

As much as I understand and have those same intentions, the problem is then it spreads to other neighborhoods not already infected. I have witnessed this so many times. Relocates the family and they still have the same city mentality when they come and new problems arise in a previously quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
