The woman doesn't make any accusations against white people, and clearly places the responsibility on people in her own neighbourhood. a little comprehension goes a long way..
Is it a plea to white people? No. it is literally an accusation directed at black people, telling them not to let THE MEDIA/ESTABLISHMENT (the majority of whom are certainly more white than black) determine how they live their lives. its quite straightforward.
Its actually a good strategy. if someone has been brainwashed into thinking a whole race is the enemy, you can't reach those people by claiming that race is actually your best friend. no, you start by making them realize that the race they feel persecuted by doesn't actually have any influence over their reaction to them. she is literally explaining that it was not white people who did this, but her own community's reaction to the gaslighting. and she is conveying the message extremely effectively, contrary to whatever biases people here are viewing the situation through.
This should be top comment. Let them build their Wokanda in Chiraq. It'll be the black utopia they've always wanted. NO WHITEYS ALLOWED!

“Y’all let them white folks send you off again.”
Maybe you’re the one who needs some comprehension. Please, tell me how that is not blaming whites?
