Yes I understand what you mean and it SHOULD be the good move to make but I am saying I have witnessed this in my own neighborhood. Birds being the loudest thing then the move, then the blasting of radios, loud parties, hit and runs on parked cars, burnouts in the roads, packages stolen off front porch, etc... all that started after the move and the rest of the family visits the one who moved. What you said at the end is what I am saying. The city mentality doesn't change and infects the area they move to. Not everyone this applies to obviously but the percentage is VERY high. Murders, shootings, carjackings etc didn't exist until the city moved to the counties.
