It’s taken a long time to love being in FL. I grew up in Vermont and it is so flat and just not as pretty. But it has unique beauty in its state parks and especially the springs, and so I find more places I want to see here as I get older. The beaches are the best part, definitely. But we are an hour away and it turns into a whole day affair by the time you get home and wash the salt off everything, including the car you drove o to the beach. So we don’t go as often as we should…
