Know lots of people who work in personal lines. They all say USAA is very good and usually end up recommending the client stay with them.

That said, almost every large company now has some sort of DEI statement. I am currently looking for work and Every Single. Application gives the blah blah "commitment to DEI" and the proceeds to ask me about race, gender, etc.
