Those in need of affordable housing usually have children and work full time trying to make ends meet. Prime pickings. I’m sure there will be lots of camps and after school programs.
Since they have gone woke, they probably have trouble getting good employees. The can use the housing to get and keep employees.
Like the company housing in the old mining towns.

Low income housing will produce more children, and Disney will use more children.
