Tesla's system never sounded right to me.

Electricity transmitted through the air instead of wires?

That just sounds like I'll be shocking myself on anything metal.

I say this because, for some reason, I get shocked on a LOT of things, including shopping carts and car doors. Sometimes the pop is audible to others!
