P.S. I didn't read all your post, but I am also from the Cherokee tribe. However a lot of my family did have to travel down the Trail of Tears as I live along that route. Part Irish too so I call myself a Cherish from both sides. Haha. I haven't read the Scofield Study Bible but I do suggest you find one that is understandable to you and read that first. And it doesn't hurt to finish that one too. It will give you great incite to God's word.
