I see a lot of chatter about soybois, well maybe you should be more careful of what you eat, since they're putting it in everything they can..
These are a few items I found without looking too hard. Chocolate is a big one for soy - it's completely unnecessary, but they jam it in there anyway.
Soybois started to appear back in the late 90s, I remember then finding it odd how I was one of the few in my middle school who already had a beard coming in by age 14 and was still one of the few with a full beard when graduating high school.
A lot like aspartame and chewing gum, even the ones that aren't sugar free have it. One fine point, the organic soy products, at the very least, won't contain glyphosate. Organic soy, especially fermented, is fine in moderation, and miso is loaded with antioxidants and probiotics. I agree though, that anyone eating conventional soy needs to have their head examined.
Miso is awesome, and I do use it occasionally. I like that it is fermented for years.
Organic unfermented soy will still negatively affect hormones. Only fermented is safe, more than that it's definitely beneficial.
