Depends. O'Reilly was a giant and thought he could bring his audience with him. It didn't quite work out that way. Tucker isn't going with the sex harassment scandal hanging over his head though, and he's younger, still in the prime of his career, which means something. O'Reilly was definitely towards the end of his career and he wound down quite a bit.

Tucker's the kind of guy who'd probably want to start his own thing.
