More on the mini-vaccine factories BioNTech is sending to Africa. The first one arrived in Rwanda last month.

While it is way to early to say much about it, I think this is a disaster in the making. Too much can go wrong. It reeks of exploitation.

It's terrible. I think what happens is that money is used to pay off leaders so they will let this happen (sounds familiar). Those leaders who stand up for their people get hurt in some way.
