Physical: heart attack and weight loss surgery

Mental: TDS and wokeness

Spiritual: wokeness

Emotional: what sounds like a pretty divorce and had an estranged daughter for quite some time

That’s some major problems with all four facets of life. Not too surprising they’ve taken their toll on her.
