The Horowitz report came out in December 2019, almost 4 years ago. This is from wiki, not the most reliable source but this is factually correct:
Review of Four FISA Applications and Other Aspects of the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane Investigation is a report by the United States Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General which was released on December 9, 2019 by Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz.[1][2] The report reviewed the Crossfire Hurricane investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which looked into whether people associated with the Donald Trump 2016 presidential campaign coordinated with Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections.[3]
Several issues examined by the report were: the origins of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation, the FBI's usage of reports from Christopher Steele, the FBI's applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, and the FBI's use of confidential human sources as part of the investigation, among other issues.[4]
This made some waves when it came out but like all their criminality and corruption, nothing really came of it. Publicly at least.
The Justice Department's inspector general, Michael Horowitz, testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday about his report on the origins of the FBI's probe into the 2016 Trump campaign's possible ties with Russia.
But, Horowitz told the panel, "Our review identified significant concerns with how certain aspects of the investigation were conducted and supervised."
He said the FBI failed to adhere "to its own standards of accuracy and completeness" when it filed applications under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act regarding former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
I cant find and do not remember anything that could be called a 'Comey report' other than this original Horowitz IG opinion.
So my question is, is the Horowitz December 2019 report on FISA abuse the IG report that is referenced by Q? Is the 'Comey report' included in this? Is there a 'Comey report' pending? Or another IG report on FISA? Something sealed to be unsealed? I havent heard of anything substantial relating to Comey since the IG report. Can there be 4 years between (H) and (C)? Did Huber have something to do with (C)? But I thought he was doing Clinton and the CF.
Also we have kinda been going through a sort of soft disclosure since the IG report. There have been many revelations but so far no consequences. So are we waiting for a new (H) plus a (C) before we get a hard declass?

In it, according to WP opinion, Comey is exonerated and fulfilled his mission.

Of course I cant agree with WaPo here -- at all -- and neither did Horowitz:

So many questions.
