This could correlate with The Last President. Adventures of Barron Trump which was written in the late 1800s by Ingersoll Lockwood. In it, Barron has a mentor "The Don" who is there to guide him through it. There's a Pence in it too. 5th Ave in NY is ablaze and there's protests everywhere.
