Nothing sick about this. C dif is a horrible condition whereby all your good gut biome is wiped out, usually as a result of strong antibiotics, leaving a patient with medically dangerous diarrhea. Using human fecal material to restore a patient’s intestinal biome has been used successfully for decades. Usually done rectally. Some would probably prefer a pill as it is less invasive.
If I had to, I could tolerate a fecal transplant enema to treat C-dif. But, I don't think I could swallow a shit pill. And, wouldn't digestive acid kill the gut bacteria in the capsule defeating the purpose?

They have pill coatings that will survive the gut, but be slowly dissolved in the digestive tract.
