If I wanted to write a book that screams I'm a narcissist without outright saying it, I might title it: Becoming <Insert Name>, This would be especially true if may only claim to fame was that I was the significant other to someone who has a claim to fame. Notice how it doesn't use its maiden name in the book title or at least omit its partner's last name, because no one would know who it is without the "Obama" there.
