Jonathan Cahn says that Trump's announcement of the US recognizing Jerusalem and moving the embassy occurred on a special date. Perhaps Trump put it off, in spite of DeSantis, because he knew it needed to happen on that certain day.

I don't remember the specifics, just that it was part of a video of Jonathan Cahn talking about his book "The Oracle."
