I think this picture speaks to the pressure that blacks have to live with regularly.
I have a theory that the pressure of not being like all the others in the world, makes for mental health issues.
As long as they are around people who look like them they are more comfortable. You see it in videos documenting life in sub-Saharan Africa.
Once the get out amongst the general population, they are clearly very different and it causes them to fixate on how they are being treated, whether with racism or not. It becomes the main focus of their minds, which creates great pressure. As humans we all, consciously or not, try to fit in with our surroundings.
12,000 years ago there was a genetic bottleneck which created a group of people who are all genetically similar to one another, however, that bottleneck did not affect the sub-Saharan region, which is why black Africans are the most diverse genetically. Couple that with the different hominid breeding of Neanderthal and Denisovan and it makes blacks different than the rest of the humans.
I don’t know, people know how to smile and be cordial, not Mike, always angry about something or someone.
Women are taught the smile and be cordial...... men not so much at least not to attract the opposite sex.
