Finland participated in MKUltra research but I couldn't find a lot of information. Finnish wikipedia mentions:
Among Finnish researchers, Juhani Hirvas and Erik Allardt have received MKultra funding through the Human Ecology Fund.[20]
Hirvas used the grant to carry out his 1966 doctoral thesis Mental illness and identity, in which he studied the changing identity of psychotic patients in different situations. The study found that the identity of psychotic patients was more fragmented than that of non-psychotic patients, but that their self-understanding was at the same level as that of others. Another key finding of the study is that a low standard of living contributes to identity fragmentation and is therefore a risk to mental health[21].
Allardt and Yrjö Littunen's 1975 article Authoritarianism and Militarism in Southern Europe was coordinated by the CIA's Political Research Division. The article deals with a general assessment of the characteristics of authoritarian regimes. The authors were aware of the influences behind the article: the CIA is mentioned as a consultant.[21]
Looks MKUltra to me
