This is blatantly AI. But why now? This is going to go viral but then will be proven to be a fake....very believable, but fake. So from here on out, when they produce video where someone is being naughty (Epstein Island naughty, for example), they'll point to this and remind everyone that, now more than ever You Can't Believe What You See.
