Is this for the Ukraine extortion deal, where Biden demanded their lead prosecutor be fired, or else US policy would be changed in order to withhold a $1 billion USD aide package? If so, everyone already knew about this years ago, and congress, and the worse-than-useless republican party has not done a single damn thing about it.

Or is this a different crime?
