I propose a new term for males that compete in female athletics: "failed male". We should all refer to these persons by their male name with "failed male" in front of it. Example "failed male, William "Lia" Thomas used his biological advantage to win a competition against a field of female competitors." BTW: I wonder how many of these people would rediscover the joy of being a man if they checked their testosterone levels and took steps to bring them up levels appropriate for a male human.
