During Trump's inauguration speech, right at a specific and very salient point, soldiers from the UCMJ suddenly arrived out of nowhere and made this formation behind Trump. If you zoom in on their hats, each of them has a specific color band denoting that they are each part of the military Justice wing of each of the military branches of the United States. This is what Trump said:

"Today we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another or from one party to another, but we are transferring the power from Washington D.C. and giving it back to you, the people,” Mr Trump told crowds in front of the US Capitol in Washington D.C."

This is highly unusual. I have been been watching inauguration speeches since Carter and, to my knowledge, soldiers suddenly forming behind a new POTUS has never happened before in any inauguration speech in the modern era. This is a signal to anyone watching, and anyone watching that is a criminal of this type would understand the message.
